- SPECIAL MEETING Marysvale Town Board Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Marysvale Community Center 1. Review and Accept Ensign Engineering's Recommendation for a Well Driller and Drill Procedure for New Marysvale Town Well 2. Review and Accept Bid for 9 Shares of Bullion Creek Irrigation Water Owned by Town of Marysvale 3. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow-up, Elected Officials and Staff 4. Public Comment 5. Closed Session: The council may consider a motion to move to closed session for specific purposes allowed under the Open and Public Meetings Act (Utah Code Section 52-4-205) including strategy sessions to discuss purchase, exchange, lease or sale of real property, litigation, the character, professional competence or physical/mental health of an individual and for the attorney-client communications (Utah Code Section 78B-1-137) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices or systems, or any other lawful purpose www.marysvale.gov
