- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 1/21/2025. Discussion and vote on Impact fee Plan and Ordinance Discussion on proper procedure for charging Shut-Off fees to the customer. Discussion on overnight park rental policy. Additional Discussion(s) brought up, not to be voted on. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approval of Payment of Bills Close meeting for Executive Session to discuss land acquisition Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on February 14, 2025 are highlighted in red.
