- Tremonton City Corporation Arts Council Meeting June 21, 2022 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 10:00 a.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - April 14, 2022 3. Business: a. Discussion of mural project for 2022 b. Discussion of farmers market c. Discussion of Midland Square chalk affair d. Report on fairgrounds mural 4. Reports & Comments 5. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Council may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted June 17, 2022, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting. A copy of the agenda was delivered to the Leader (Newspaper) on June 17, 2022. ____________________________ Cynthia Nelson, Deputy Recorder *Utah Code 52-4-202, (6) allows for a topic to be raised by the public and discussed by the public body even though it was not included in the agenda or advance public notice given; however, no final action will be taken.
