Public Comment Any person wishing to comment on non-public hearing matters or other water system issues, may do so by coming to the table and giving their name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to 3 minutes, unless additional time is granted by the Chair. 3. Approval of Minutes of February 19, 2025 4. Accountant/Financial Report - Year to Date Report for February 2025 - Approval of February 2025 Expenses 5. General Managers Report Upcoming Conferences, Seminars & Meetings: - IMS -AWWA Annual Conference September 29-October 2, 2025 - RWAU Fall Conference August 25- 27, 2025 - RWAU Spring Conference February 23-27, 2026 6. Closed Sessions, if needed as allowed under Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205 A. Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. (Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205) B. Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. (Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205) C. Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property.
