- APRIL 3, 2025 APPEAL AUTHORITY HEARING PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances and Appeals on Tuesday, April 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Room in the City Hall Building located at 70 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Meeting: Appeal of the Report of Action by the Planning Commission (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public meeting to consider a request from Ricardo Bonilla c/o Bradley Weber, Attorney at Law for an appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of the preliminary subdivision plat named Storybook Lane Plat A. The property is located at 1080 East 900 South in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
