- HINCKLEY TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Hinckley Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on an application requesting a zone change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential (R-1) on the following parcels located between 500 W. and 1000 W., Center Street: Hinckley Ranchettes Subdivision Lots HR-1, HR-2, HR-3, HR-4, HR-5, HR-2-1, HR-2-2, HR-2-3, HR-2-4, HR-2-5, HR-2-6, HR-2-7, HR-2-8, and Parcel H-2191, 29.26 acres, for the purpose of subdividing Parcel H-2191 and developing a subdivision for duplexes and other single family homes on approximately 8-10 acres. A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Hinckley Town office, 161 E 300 N, Hinckley.
