Administrative Approval for Five Rivers Hospitality La Quinta project located generally at 529 West University Parkway. 2. Preliminary Plat Approval for Orem Center For Change project located generally at 1748 N State Street. 3. Approve the Minutes from March 10, 2025 meeting. Next meeting scheduled for March 31, 2025 THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
