Approval of Minutes A. March 5, 2025. 2. Re-Final Plat A. WILLOW ESTATES (FORMERLY JOHNSON SUBDIVISION) PLAT B. This proposal involves the reapproval of a Final Plat for a Master Planned Development of 32 residential lots located at 1100 South 3440 East. 3. Final Plat A. CANYON COURT COMMERCIAL. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for 7 commercial lots located at 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway. 4. Concept Review A. ATWOOD ACRES. B. OLSEN PROPERTY CONCEPT. 5. Discussion A. MAMMOTH MACHINERY. B. APPROACH TO ENVIROMENTAL CONCERNS. C. RESIDENTIAL ROADWAY CROSS SECTION. 6. Adjourn
