- CITY OF OREM ADVISORY BOARD/COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA This meeting may be held electronically to allow a board/commission member to participate. Library Advisory Commission DATE: 01/21/2025 ROOM: City Council Workroom TIME: 6:00 PM ADDRESS: 56 North State Street AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Elect 2025 Chair and Vice Chair 2. Review and approve July 21, 2025 meeting minutes 3. Review and approve 2025 Display Schedule - Jaime Bartlett and Holly Grierson 4. PERC Project Update - PERC center in the basement of the library closed in November 2024. PERC items will be shelved on the North Wing main floor in the Storytelling Wing. There will be a small collection of items on the nearby tables for in-library use. Items on the shelves are available for browsing and check out. - Bryce Merrill 5. New Library Advisory Commission members to replace Debbie Smith and Jonathan Wayas 6. Update on library renovation - Renovation of North Wing Circulation area and gardens - Bryce Merrill 7. Other 8. Adjournment THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
