- NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN THE TRENTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Meeting on Tuesday February 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting Called to Order Chairperson Downs 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes September 17, 2024 Comments will be taken from the public. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes. 1. Zoning Clearance-Anabel Guadarrama 2. Subdivision update discussion 3. Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit discussion Commissioners may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Commission. No action can be taken on these items. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
