- NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to Utah Code, title 52, Chapter 4, Notice is given that the Corinne City Council will hold its scheduled regular session along with a public hearing Tuesday February 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Corinne City Hall, located at 2420 North 4000 West, Corinne, Utah. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 PM 1. ROLL CALL - Council Members 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. MINUTE OF SILENCE 4. PUBLIC HEARING: A. Proposed Land Use Code Changes 5. APPOINTMENTS: 6. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORT: 7. FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT: 8. PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT: 10. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: 11. MAYOR / COUNCIL BUSINESS: A. Ordinance Review - Mayor Baton B. Activities - Mayor Baton 12. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS: * The following Resolution(s) and or Ordinance(s) will be considered and voted upon: A. Ordinance 13. NEW BUSINESS/REPORTS: 14. PUBLIC COMMENT: 15. APPROVAL OF CHECKS: 16. PENDING EXECUTIVE SESSION: In compliance with Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205, the City Council may vote to convene a closed session. 17. ADJOURNMENT: In compliance with the American with disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Kendra Norman, City Recorder, (435) 744-5566 at least 48 hours before the meeting. I the undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, do hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website and in (2) public places within the Corinne City limits, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. The public places being: Corinne City Hall, located at 2420 North 4000 West and U.S. Post Office located at 2425 N 4000 W, Corinne, UT.
