- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and City Council of Castle Dale City, Emery County, State of Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Castle Dale City Hall located at 20 South 100 East on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Minutes from Previous Meeting: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Utility Write-off - 35 S 200 E & 715 N Center St: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Return check policy: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Itron Meter reading equipment - Ratify purchase: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Garbage Rates: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Land Use Committee Report: Kerry Lake - Door to Door sales: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Animal Control/Code Enforcement: Terry Lofthouse Maintenance: Ignacio Arrien Fire Department: Ignacio Arrien EMS: Danny Van Wagoner Treasurer/Recorder reports Mayor and Council reports Executive Session if needed Bills presented for signatures: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Adjourn meeting
