This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn/. 11:30 Lunch 11:40 Board Chair brings the meeting to order and calls for introductions. 11:45 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to dcalacino@saltlakecounty.gov by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:50 Business Item - Approval of February 2025 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of the February 2025 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 11:55 Division Director's Report Chris Otto, Division Director Chris will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 12:10 Subcommittee/Working Groups Discussion Chris Otto, Division Director Chris and staff will discuss the advantages of creating subcommittees within the board to discuss and tackle high priority issues. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Designate Subcommittees 12:40 Section Update Adam Johnson, Golf Course Manager - Mick Riley Lauren Brady, Associate Director of Community Engagement Shawn Lavender, Recreation Regional Manager Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Julie Peck-Dabling, Interim Associate Director of Planning and Development Each section will provide brief updates on their current projects and programs.
