- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 4th day of February 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember McCall Stephensen - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held January 7, 2025 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Annual Open and Public Meeting Act Training Reminder https://training.auditor.utah.gov/ - Conflict of Interest Policy and Form - Ethical Behavior Policy and Form - KnowBE4 Trainings - Amphitheater Use Request - North Logan Stake - Resolution 25-02 ' A Resolution Appointing A Member To The Planning And Zoning Commission For The Town Of Clarkston, County Of Cache, State Of Utah' - Surplus Property - Grader and Generator 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember M. Stephensen - December Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Emergency Management - Cache County School District Councilmember J. Petersen - Roads Department - Parks/Sports/Recreation Dept. - Float/ Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next meeting - February 18, 2025 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session.
