- NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING Myton City Housing Authority ('MCHA') Board of Commissioners will hold its Board Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 9th, 2024, at 125 East Main Street, Myton, Utah 84052. 1. Welcome by Chair Harding 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes 4. Public Comment 5. Update from Interim Executive Director-Jolene Daniels 6. Business Options 7. Update on MCHA Finances 8. Discussion and Action on wages for the MCHA Interim Director 9. Resolution 01092025-001 Releasing Smith Hartvigsen as legal Counsel and obtaining Amy Hugie as Legal Counsel. 10. Other 11. Adjoun Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Myton City Housing Authority at 435- 722-2711 prior to the meeting. Closed Session - The MCHA Board may consider a motion to enter into a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
