- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Santa Clara City Council will hold Public Hearings at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Discussion and action to consider an amendment to the Santa Clara City Cemetery Fees. 2. Discussion and action to consider a Single-Event Liquor License for the LPGA Tournament at Black Desert Resort on April 28 through May 4, 2025. 3. Discussion and action to consider approval of an On-Premise Alcoholic Beverage License for the Black Desert Resort. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
