- AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its scheduled Board Meeting and PUBLIC HEARING on increasing water user fees, imposing a new storm drain user fee, and updating and increasing its Water Impact Fee Schedule on March 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. MOTION TO CLOSE THE BOARD MEETING AND OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE AND ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE PROPOSED WATER USER FEE INCREASE, A NEW STORM DRAIN USER FEE, AND THE WATER IMPACT FEE INCREASE. 3. MOTION TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING AND REOPEN THE BOARD MEETING 4. CONSIDER AND APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2025-3. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDED AND UPDATED WATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, INCLUDING AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS, FOR THE DISTRICT'S MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM; ADOPTING AN AMENDED AND UPDATED MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEE; ESTABLISHING CERTAIN POLICIES RELATED TO THE DISTRICT'S MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEE; ESTABLISHING SERVICE AREAS; AND RELATED MATTERS 5. CONSIDER AND APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2025-3A. A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR WATER, SEWER, AND STORM DRAIN SERVICE FEES 6. REVIEW AND APPROVE THE 2024 MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER PLANNING SURVEY 7. REVIEW THE 2024 WATER DIVERSION AND USAGE REPORT 8. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT 9. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 10. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS 11. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS-PUBLIC COMMENT 12. MOTION FOR ADJOURNMENT
