- ELECTION NOTICE NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 4, 2025 A Brigham City Municipal Election will be held on November 4, 2025 to elect two councilmembers and mayor, each to serve a four-year term. A Primary Election, if needed, will be held August 12, 2025. Each person seeking to become a candidate for office must file a Declaration of Candidacy in person with the City Recorder at 20 North Main between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning June 1, 2025 and ending June 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (June 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th) There is no filing fee. Candidate qualifications are as follows: Must be a registered voter in Brigham City Must have resided in Brigham City for the 12 consecutive months preceding the date of the election Cannot have been convicted of a felony, treason, or crime relating to elections Cannot have been declared mentally incompetent For more information, please contact Kristina Rasmussen, krasmussen@bcutah.gov or call 435-734-6621, or go to www.bcutah.gov/municipal-election .
