- Millcreek Historic Preservation Commission Regular Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of Millcreek will assemble in a special public meeting on Thursday, 13 February 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Ave, Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 6:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. - Regular Meeting 1. Discussion and Consideration of Commission Chairmanship 2. Approval of December 17, 2024, Special Meeting Minutes 3. Discussion and Consideration of ZT-25-001, Amending the Zoning Code to add the Baldwin Radio Factory to the Local Historic List 4. Discussion on Practical Preservation Community History Event 5. Subcommittee Updates 6. Staff Updates 7. Adjourn In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Millcreek will make reasonable accommodation for participation in the meeting.
