Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the December 9, 2024, special board meeting (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider adoption of Resolution Authorizing Certain Officers of the District to Establish a Bank Account for the District with Zions First National Bank. (enclosure). 1. Authorize Tom Clark, Mark Nickless and Josh Brgoch as signers on the account. III. MANAGER MATTERS IV. OPERATIONAL MATTERS V. LEGAL MATTERS VI. TRUSTEES' MATTERS VII. OTHER BUSINESS VIII.
