Welcome and Introductions of all in attendance. (Commissioner Gil Almquist, Chair) 2. Pledge of Allegiance. (Led by invitation of the Chair) 3. Review and Approve Draft Minutes from November 13, 2024, Steering Committee meeting. (Chair) [APPROVAL REQUIRES MOTION & VOTE] {1-2 minutes} 4. CDBG Policy Board - Additional Nomination Needed - (Cody Christensen, FCAOG) {5-10 minutes} 5. Utah Congressional Briefing Committee Member Nominations (3 Needed). (Mr. Bryan Thiriot, FCAOG Executive Director) [APPROVAL REQUIRES MOTION & VOTE] {5-10 minutes, or as needed} 6. 2025 Steering Committee Meeting Schedule Discussion. (Mr. Bryan Thiriot, FCAOG Executive Director) {10-15 minutes} 7. Congressional Staff Updates. {15-20 minutes} 8. State Agency Updates. {5 minutes} 9. Universities and Technical Colleges Updates. {10-15 minutes} 10. Local Affairs Discussions, if needed. {2-5 minutes, or as needed} 11. Adjourn. [CHAIR'S PREROGATIVE TO CALL THE MEETING ADJOURNED]

- Other Information
- The Five County Association of Governments is guided by a governing board named the 'Steering Committee' that is made up of one county commissioner each from Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane and Washington Counties; one mayor from a city or town from within each of those five counties; and one elected school board representative from each of the five county-wide school districts. In addition, there is one representative each from Utah Tech University and Southern Utah University that serve as ex-officio (non-voting) members of the Steering Committee.
