- TOWN OF STERLING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 17, 2021, AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda Shall Be As Follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Reading Of Minutes From Previous Meeting 3. Approval Of Minutes From Previous Meeting 4. Discussion And Award Of Bid For General And 5 Year Plan and Land Use Ordinances, Etc. 5. Report Of Officers - Boards - Committees 6. Unfinished Business 7. New Business 8. Approve Payment Of Bills 9. Adjournment Items On The Agenda (Which Require No Published Notice of Time) May Be Considered Earlier Than Shown On The Agenda. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov and e-mailed to Sanpete News at news@sanpetemessenger.com this 16th day of August, 2021.
