- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075. A work meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. with the regularly scheduled board meeting to follow after the completion of the work meeting. Work Meeting agenda: - Review of Financial Model. Board meeting agenda: 1. Declaration of conflicts of interest. 2. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held January 9, 2025. 3. Public Comments: Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda. 4. Service Award - Angela Lupcho (10 years) 5. Presentation and approval of the 2024 Preliminary Year End Financial Report - Angela Lupcho 6. Award Contract to Thatcher Chemical for Ferric Sulfate - David Hatch 7. Award Contract to Salmon Mechanical for Admin HVAC - David Hatch 8. Award Contract to Wasatch West for Admin Expansion - David Hatch 9. Discussion on Easements for Fairfield Sewer - David Hatch 10.
