- TOWN OF STERLING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 2021, AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda Shall Be As Follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Reading Of Minutes From Previous Meeting 3. Approval Of Minutes From Previous Meeting 4. John Mogle and Kasey Petersen - Lakeview Estates Proposal 5. Discussion And Approval Of The Following Policies: Procurement, Conflict Of Interest, Reporting Fraud and Abuse, Credit Card, Personal Use Of Entity Assets, IT And Computer Security, And Cash Receipting And Deposits 6. Discussion Regarding Utah State Auditor Fraud Risk Assessment 7. Discussion And Approval Of Utah State Fire Restrictions 8. Approval Of Fire Contract With Sanpete County 9. Approval To Hire Part Time Maintenance Worker 10. Discussion on School Resource Officer 11. Report Of Officers - Boards - Committees 12. Unfinished Business 13. New Business 14. Approve Payment Of Bills 15. Adjournment Items On The Agenda (Which Require No Published Notice of Time) May Be Considered Earlier Than Shown On The Agenda.
