- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting March 11th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Welcome --Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Citizen's Police Academy Graduation Ceremony- Chief Gray 4. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Invoice Register: Dated 02/22/2025 to 03/07/2025 in the amount of $589,781.10 Requisition #20224222038 to Allianz Trade for Final Settlement of Claim in the amount of $29,873.80 Other Requisitions as needed. 5. Approval of Transaction Register Dated 02/01/2025 to 02/28/2025 in the amount of $178.86 6. Approval of Minutes - Mayor February 25th, 2025, 5:30 pm Work Session Meeting February 25th, 2025, 6:30 pm Regular City Council Meeting 7. Approval of Resolution # 2025-01 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2011-20 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR OPENING AND CLOSING OF GRAVES. 8. Matt & Kaylnn Sorensen Water Main Agreement Approval- Matt Sorensen 9. Vac Truck Status Update and Discussion on Repair vs. Replacement- Public Works Director/Finance Director 10. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 11. Closed Session to discuss Pending Litigation(52-4-205(1)(c) 12. Closed Session Strategy Session on Collective Bargaining(52-4-205(1)(b) 13.
