- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting on February 11th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - Pledge of Allegiance - By Invitation Opening Prayer- By Invitation 3. Roll Call - City Recorder 4. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Pro Tempore Invoice Register: Dated 01/25/2025 to 02/07/2025 in the amount of $185,238.96 Requisition #202501190804 to Owen Equipment for Vac Truck Repair in the amount of $7,406.71 Other Requisitions as needed. 5. Approval of Minutes - Mayor January 28th,2025, 5:30 pm Work Session Meeting January 28th, 2025, 6:30 pm Regular City Council Meeting 6. Approval of Aclara TWACS system in the amount of $810,199.00 7. Approval of Mt. Pleasant City Resolution 2025-01 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARAMETERS AND GOALS FOR CITY SPECIAL PROJECTS EMPLOYEE POSITIONS. 8. Discussion/Action a. Approval of Paul Madsen as the City Special Projects Employee 9. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
