- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING Wednesday, March 12, 2025 7:00 PM Opening Ceremonies Welcome: Mayor Anderson conducting Pledge of Allegiance Invocation: By Invitation * The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of the agenda items may change.) Public Comments Time set aside for council to receive public comments on matters not listed on the agenda- See Note Discussion and Action Items Brittney Later- Discussion of pickleball league schedule beginning April on Wed & Thur evenings Discussion of Sandy Powell's request for ditch maintenance Review and possible approval of Impact Fee Analysis for Roads and Park Discussion and approval of purchasing more signage for Park Discussion of animal management areas Discussion of excess parking on streets and lack of cleanliness in yards Discussion and possible approval of projects for the Community Impact Board list for 2025 Discussion and possible approval of 2025 road project Council Business Department Reports Mayor Anderson- Safe Path Connect project report Phase IV Mayfield Estates progress Vearl Christiansen's annexation request Jake- Summer help Catherine Medler-Overview from Gunnison Valley Rec Review and approval of Claims- Invoices from the register dated 02/13/2025 thru 03/12/2025 Review and approval of Minutes- Regular meeting February 12, 2025 Unfinished Business Adjourn Notes: Public Comment-Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Each individual will have up to two minutes to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comments at this time. At the conclusion of each public comment, the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5 (to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or acquisition of property) . Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Town Council and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance.
