- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission February 11, 2025 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Public Comments 4. Approval of minutes - January 14, 2025 5. New Business: a. Discussion of amendments to Chapter 1.08 Commercial and Industrial Zone Districts 6. Planning commission comments/reports 7. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted February 6, 2025, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting. A copy of the agenda was delivered to the Leader (Newspaper) on February 6, 2025. ____________________________ Tiffany Lannefeld, Deputy Recorder *Utah Code 52-4-202, (6) allows for a topic to be raised by the public and discussed by the public body even though it was not included in the agenda or advance public notice given; however, no final action will be taken.
