- NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a Public Hearing on March 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room B in the Wasatch County Community Services Building, located at 55 South 500 East, in Heber City, to hear the following and Take Action: 1. Consider a resolution defining a process allowing variances to wastewater system requirements set forth in Wasatch County Rule 06-1: Rule Governing the Use, Permitting and Maintenance of Alternative Onsite Wastewater Systems.
