- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Site Plan: Request by Eric Orren/Costco for approval of a commercial Site Plan. The site - approximately 17.6 acres - is located at approximately 3000 W Antelope Drive in the General Commercial (GC) zone. Rezone: Request by Chase Stevenson for a rezone of land located at app. 2800 S 1400 W. The parcel area is approximately 2.5 acres in the A-1 zone. The proposed zoning is R-2. Conditional Use Permit: Request by Monica Gailey for a Conditional Use Permit for a home Daycare Center to be located at 2397 S 500 W in the A-1 zone, operating Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
