Notice of Electronic Meeting This meeting may be convened as an electronic meeting under the provisions of Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-207 with the above listed location as the anchor location. Members of the Board are advised that they may participate in the meeting through electronic means and be counted as present for all purposes, including the determination that a quorum is present.
