- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on February 18th, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes for December 16th and January 21st 2024 meeting: 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny UFRA comments and business: 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business: 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny BLM comments and business: 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny PC Agreement for county: 6.
