- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY UTILITIES BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH March 9, 2023; 6:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Utilities Board will hold a regular meeting on the 9th day of March 2023, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
