- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY UTILITIES BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH September 15, 2022; 6:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Utilities Board will hold a regular meeting on the 15th day of September 2022, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
