- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 11-20-2024 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Setting of Dates, Time and Place for Regular Town Council Meetings for 2025 Calendar Year 5. Mayor's Assignment of Duties to Councilmembers 6. Annual Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) Training 7. Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statements 8. Approval of Clover Church Painting 9. Consideration of New Fire Department Members - Dason Houston and Kaydon Bolinder 10. Updates to the Cooperative Wildfire System 11. Fire Department Report 12. Council Reports 13. Safety Topic 14. Ratifying of December 2023 Bills 15. Payment of Bills 16. Public Comments 17.
