- CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing March 5, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the City of Orem Council Chambers, located at 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah, to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - Canyon Park - Rezoning the properties located generally at 1203 North 630 East from the Timpanogos Research and Development Park Zone (PD6) to a Single Family Residential Zone (R8). The proposed amendment is available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 801-229-7058. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need special accommodation to participate in the Planning Commission Meetings, please call the Development Services
