- The Governing Boards of Freedom Preparatory Academy and George Washington Academy WILL HOLD A JOINT STRATEGIC MEETING With in-person locations at Freedom Preparatory Academy's secondary school conference room (1761 W 820 N., Provo, Utah 84601) and George Washington Academy's administrative office conference room (2277 S 3000 E, St. George, UT 84790) January 24, 2025 - 12:00PM Board members may participate electronically at will or at the above in-person location. The order of agenda items is subject to change at the discretion of the Chair. The public may participate electronically by joining via Zoom at the following link, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88627456529?pwd=8ZynaKaKOe1jyHkZqsrJZPbJxb7bUo.1 PUBLIC COMMENT Public comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. Please state your name for the minutes. AGENDA Introduction of the two governing boards The Governing Boards may consider a motion for a Closed Meeting in accordance with The Utah Open and Public Meetings Act for purposes outlined in Utah Code* *The Freedom Preparatory Academy and George Washington Governing Board may consider a motion to close the meeting to hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual or individuals or discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation in conformance with ยง 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. Seq., Utah Code Ann.
