- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 13th day of February 2023 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from November 14, 2022 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Michael & Holli Bracken - Business License - Soda Shack - 191 W 200 N - Michael & Holli Bracken - Zoning Clearance - Melissa Kyler - Business License - Melissa's Cake Babies - 163 S 100 W - Outstanding Building Permits 3. Business - Review Schedule for 2023 - Forms - Ethical Behavior and Conflict of Interest - Ordinance Review 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
