- REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Brigham City Power Generation Plant Brigham City Corporation is requesting statements of qualifications and experience from qualified firms to submit proposal for services related to design, procure, and construction of a Power Generation Plant. Responses must be submitted to Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder, at 20 North Main (PO Box 1005) Brigham City, Utah by 2:00 p.m. on March 14, 2025. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the complete Request for Qualifications by contacting the Brigham City Recorder at krasmussen@bcutah.gov or online at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities.
