State St., Ste. 500, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from December 10, 2024 special meeting (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Approve and/or ratify approval of payment of claims (to be distributed). B. Review and consider acceptance of December 31, 2024 Unaudited Financial Statements (to be distributed). C. Review and consider approval of proposal from Hinton Burdick to perform audit for fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 (enclosure). III. MANAGER MATTERS IV. OPERATIONAL MATTERS (enclosure) A. Residential Homes: Expected usage projections discussion. B. Irrigation: Restrictions and management strategies. C. Security 1. Cameras at all pump stations. D. Operations Manual 1. Development of a board-only version for internal use. E. ISO Preparation 1. Pre-survey has been submitted; further steps being planned. F. Consumer Confidence Reports 1. Customer communication and delivery method. G. Website enhancements to meet operational and communication needs. V. LEGAL MATTERS VI. TRUSTEES' MATTERS VII. OTHER BUSINESS VIII.
