This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn/. 11:30 Lunch 11:40 Board Chair brings the meeting to order and calls for introductions. 11:45 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to jpeck-dabling@saltlakecounty.gov by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:50 Business Item - Approval of January 2025 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of the January 2024 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 11:55 Division Director's Report Chris Otto, Division Director Chris will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 12:15 Introduction of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Staff Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Patrick will introduce many of his team members to the board. Informational: No Action Required 12:30 Acknowledgement of Outgoing Board Member Connie Burgess Julie Peck-Dabling, Special Services Manager Julie will honor Connie Burgess for her time serving on the board. Informational: No Action Required 12:35 Section Update Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Jerry Brewster, Associate Director of Golf Eliza Fesolai, Recreation Section Manager Callista Pearson, Communications & PR Manager Andrea Sorensen, Interim Associate Director of Planning & Development Brent Laulusa, Associate Director of Administration and Finance Each section will provide brief updates on their current projects and programs.
