- SANDY CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Sandy, Utah, has adopted the following ordinances described below, on February 4, 2025: Ordinance 25-08: An ordinance amending the Sandy City Municipal Code Title 15, 'Business Licensing:, Chapter 11, 'Short-Term Rentals', Section 4, 'Short-Term Rental Business License Application and Renewal'; also providing a saving clause and effective date for the ordinance. Ordinance 25-08: An ordinance amending the Sandy City Municipal Code Title 11, 'Special Use Standards', Section 26, 'Residential Short-Term Rentals (STR)', also providing a saving clause and effective date for the ordinance. I, Wendy Downs, certify that I am the City Recorder of Sandy City, Utah, and that the short summary of the foregoing ordinance was published on the Utah Public Notice Website, Sandy City Website, and at City Hall. All details of the adopted ordinance cannot be described in this summary. However, the full text is available for public inspection in the City Recorder's Office, Suite 311, Sandy City Hall, 10000 Centennial Parkway, Sandy, Utah, 84070 or online at https://sandy.utah.gov/ pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, 10-3-711.
