Public hearing to receive public input regarding a petition from Willard Land Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Millstream Management, LLC, to rezone approximately 160 acres located at approximately 1500 North 600 West from A-5 to Industrial (Parcel Nos. 02-043-0007 02-043-0016, 02-043-0042, 02-040-0032, 02-043-0017, 02-043-0043, 02-043-0005, 02-043-0004, 02-043-0002, 02-035-0010, 02-035-0009, and 02-035-0023 that are located on the east side of I-15 and the west side of the railroad) b. Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding a petition from Willard Land Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Millstream Management, LLC, to rezone approximately 160 acres located at approximately 1500 North 600 West from A-5 to Industrial (Parcel Nos. 02-043-0007 02-043-0016, 02-043-0042, 02-040-0032, 02-043-0017, 02-043-0043, 02-043-0005, 02-043-0004, 02-043-0002, 02-035-0010, 02-035-0009, and 02-035-0023 that are located on the east side of I-15 and the west side of the railroad) c. Discussion regarding amending the Master Planned Community Zone found in Chapter 24.24 of the Willard City Zoning Code (continued from April 4, April 18, and December 5, 2024, and January 2 and February 6, 2025) d. Review of a conditional use permit issued to Marvin Neff on February 7, 2020, for an RV campground located at 769 South Main (Parcel No. 02-053-0059) (Continued from January 2, January 16, and February 6, 2025) e. Update on Granite Ridge Phase 5 f. Planning Commission agenda review 6. Consideration and approval of the February 6, 2025, regular Planning Commission minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8.
