- Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes for November 7, 2024 Attachments: November Minutes Draft Public Forum BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for the Rustic Roots subdivision owned by Gary and Lynell Fusselman located at approximately 206 N Main Street Parcel #29.030.0071 Discussion on proposed amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance - including Culdesac frontage requirements and the removal of the formation of DRC Committee from the ordinance Discussion on the addition of a new ordinance organizing the Development Review Committee Discussion and possible action on the Developmental Standards Ordinance including the discussion on an exemption to the water requirements Discussion and possible action on the R-1 Zoning Amendment, discussion the possibility of allowing building in Public Utility easement Discussion and possible action on an proposed amendment to the Conditional Use Ordinance Discussion and possible action on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Table Discussion and possible action on setting the meeting schedule for the Year 2025 Commission Comments Motion to adjourn
