- HIGHLAND CITY, UT ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the 2025 Annual Meeting Schedule for Highland City Council, Boards, and Commissions be as follows: CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting Date Time January 7, 21 7:00 pm February 4, 18 7:00 pm March 4, 18 7:00 pm April 15 7:00 pm May 6, 20 6:00 pm June 3, 17 6:00 pm July 1, 15 6:00 pm August 5, 19 6:00 pm September 2, 16 6:00 pm October 7, 21 6:00 pm November 18 6:00 pm December 2 6:00 pm Regular meetings of the City Council are held in the Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m. (6:00 p.m. starting May, 2025), generally on the first and third Tuesdays of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. PLANNING COMMISSION Regular Meeting Date January 28 February 25 March 25 April 22 May 27 June 24 July 22 August 26 September 23 October 28 November 25 December 9 Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are held in the Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m. generally on the fourth Tuesday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. LIBRARY BOARD Regular Meeting Date January 23 February 27 March 27 April 24 May 22 June 26 July 17 August 28 September 25 October 23 November 20 December No Mtg Regular meetings of the Library Board are held at Highland City Hall, Main Conference Room, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m., generally on the fourth Thursday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. ARTS COUNCIL Regular Meeting Date January No Mtg February 5 March 5 April 2 May 7 June 4 July 2 August No Mtg September 3 October 1 November 5 December No Mtg Regular meetings of the Arts Council are held in the Highland City Community Center, 5378 W 10400 N, Room B4, Highland, UT commencing at 5:30 p.m., generally on the first Wednesday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. HISTORICAL SOCIETY Regular Meeting Date January 16 April 17 July 17 October 16 Regular meetings of the Historical Society are held in the Highland City Community Center, 5378 W 10400 N, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m., generally, on the third Thursday of every third month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. PARKS, TRAILS, AND TREE COMMISSION will meet as needed throughout the year. Agendas will be posted as required by State Code. DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION BOARD will meet as needed throughout the year. Agendas will be posted as required by State Code.
