Any items can be removed from the consent agenda and heard in its regular order at the request of any commissioner.) CONSENT AGENDA Approval of check edits list, requisitions, and dispositions. Approval of January 21, 2025 Commission Meeting Minutes. Approval to give Josh Opp a 3% wage and 3% COLA increase for successful completion of his 6 month orientation period as a Deputy II, effective 2-17-24. Approval to give Brynlee Green a 3% wage and 3% COLA increase for successful completion of her 6 month orientation period as a Justice Court Clerk , effective 2-17-24. Approval to give Annette Reid a 3% wage and 3% COLA increase for successful completion of her 6 month orientation period as an Assistant Librarian in Orangeville, effective 2-17-24. Approval to promote Shaun Gregersen to a Weed & Mosquito Technician II. Grade 15, effective 2-17-24. Approval to give Kaylee Vanwagoner a 3% wage and 3% COLA increase for successful completion of her 6 month orientation period as the Aquatic Center Director, effective 2-17-24. Approval of Brett White, McKay Sitterud, Jace Lake, Kavery Killpack and Conner Bensen as Search and Rescue Volunteers. Discussion Items Items pulled from the consent agenda. Discuss/Approve/Deny monetary donation request from the Southeastern Utah Junior Livestock Show for 2025. Discuss/Approve/Deny a Resolution Amending Emery County Resolution No. 03-18-08 regarding the Management Plan for Lawrence Cemetery. Discuss/Approve/Deny Contract with Bio West for EC General Plan Review and Update Project. Discuss/Review/Deny Renewal with YESCO for the John Wesley Powell Billboard in Green River. Discuss/Approve/Deny amendment to contract #231366 between Emery County and the State of Utah OED regarding reimbursements for expenses at the Research Center. Discuss/Approve/Deny entering into closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation regarding the proceedings with the Green River Gravel Pit. Discuss/Approve/Deny Emery County's plan of action regarding the Green River Gravel Pit. Discuss/Approve/Deny entering into closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation regarding the proceedings with Longstreet. Discuss/Approve/Deny entering into closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation regarding the proceedings with Cleveland Reservoir.
