- Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, the 9th of March 2023 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: 2. Discussion Items: Bronsin Haueter/Jeff Jones Trailer Park Questions Easter Egg Hunt - Updates Youth Council Town Clean Up Day - Date selection Petition for responsible operation of off highway vehicles (OHV) on Levan Town Streets 3. Action Items: a. Review/Approval of Building Permit for Jim & Jill Wankier b. Donation to Victim's Fund c. Phone service comparisons 4. Mayor/Councilmember/Department/Committee Reports a. Mayor/Council Member Reports: New office employee, Chantal Rowley, hired. b. Office Issued Permits Report: Good 2 Go, ReRoof permit c. Planning Commission Report: Approved the kitchen remodel for Wankier's. Forwarding to Town Council for approval. d. Committee Reports: e. Other Reports: 5. Council Business: Approval of Minutes for February 9, 2023 Approval of Claims (2-1-2023 to 2-28-2023) Approval of Payroll Comparison Report (1-1-2023 to 2-28-2023) Approval of Final Cash Receipts Report (1-1-2023 to 1-31-2023) Review Tentative Cash Receipts Report (2-1-2022 to 2-28-2023) Review Budget Report (7-1-2022 to 2-28-2023) Convene into Executive Session - a. Discussion of the character and competence of an individual, collective bargaining, litigation, real property, water shares, security systems, investigative proceedings, deliberations, procurement process. 6.
