A G E N D A This meeting will not have a virtual/electronic component. Those interested in participating will need to attend personally or make other arrangements. Public Comment Any person wishing to comment on non-public hearing matters or other water system issues, may do so by coming to the table and giving their name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to 3 minutes, unless additional time is granted by the Chair. 3. Approval of Minutes of January 15, 2025 4. Accountant/Financial Report - Year to Date Report for December 2024 - Year to Date Report for January 2025 - Approval of January 2025 Expenses 5. General Managers Report Upcoming Conferences, Seminars & Meetings: Rural Water Spring Conference - February 25-28, 2025; St. George -Paulina, Christy, Bob, Cody, James, Ian Utah Water Users Conference-March 17-19, 2025; ST George- Paulina, Bob, Paul, Garry, Ryan 6. Closed Sessions, if needed as allowed under Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205 A. Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. (Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205) B. Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. (Utah Code Ann. 52-4-205) C. Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property.
