- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday February 3, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the January 6, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Chelsea Thompson: Minersville Elementary Community Council 3. 5:15 Library Park grant plans 4. 5:25 Swimming pool business 5. 5:35 Water and sewer rates 6. 5:45 Discuss Cemetery mapping software 7. 5:55 Pay bills 8. 6:00 Other business Open and public meeting training 2025 Discuss delinquent water bills Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
