- Fountain Green City Post Office Box 97 Fountain Green, Utah 84632 (435) 445-3453 Date: February 7, 2025 The Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on the second Thursday of the month, February 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 North State. If anyone has any questions, please contact the secretary of the Planning Commission, Heather Papenfuss at (435) 445-3598. The agenda will be as follows: 1. FLAG CEREMONY 2. PRAYER 3. REVIEW MINUTES 4. STATUTORY AGENDA ITEMS a. Lot split - Subdivision application - preliminary i. Patty & Weston Smith @ 586 W. 300 N. ii. Krystal Lloyd @ 395 N. 100 W. b. Building permits - i. Jacob & Catherine Berry (house @ 580 W. 200 S.) ii. Lester Anderson (Conex @ 285 W. 100 S.) - tabled for more information iii. Kyle & Ryan Lynn (house @ 590 N. State) - to be decided by City Council c. Conditional use - to be decided by City Council i. Weston Smith (son & family live in RV @ 586 W. 300 N.) ii. Janette Vogt (daughter & family live in RV @ 520 N. State) 5. DISCUSSION AGENDA ITEMS a. Subdivision Fee Schedule - tabled for more information b.
